Our first restaurant in Dubai succeeded in ways that I could not have imagined. Our second restaurant, in Jumeirah, has also achieved great success. I am particularly gratified by the fact that Western and Arab expats have taken to our food. This has convinced me that sattvic food can become popular around the world".
