The company was founded in 2001 and became the legal successor of a successfully developed business , which started 8 years earlier. It specializes in restaurants and in particular in the production of ready-to-eat foods. It has its own production base, auxiliary base and three fast food restaurants on the territory of Stara Zagora. The distribution network includes more than 30 retail outlets, to which the finished own production is delivered.
